Shipping policy

The cost of shipping your keepsake inclusions to The Ammo Mama is NOT included in your total.

 

Any inclusions shipped require a TRACKING NUMBER. We suggest taking a photo of your receipt for your own records.

 

Upon receiving your tracking number, email Carly@theammomama.com as soon as possible so we know when to expect your package.

Subject should be “Order #______ Tracking” 

Message:  Name:                  Tracking #:

Please double check that the tracking number is correct. Feel free to attach a photo of receipt with tracking number.

Inside of your package, please include a note with your name and order number

Shipping Breastmilk - Only 1 oz is required. You may send more if necessary. Place frozen milk into a ziplock bag, then place that into a second ziploc bag to prevent any leaks or spills. We suggest sending this in a waterproof bubble mailer or padded envelope. Expired milk may be used, so long as there is no mold present. Please include a note inside of your package with your name and order number.

Shipping Cremated Remains - Only half of a teaspoon of remains is required per keepsake.  Please place remains in a ziploc bag, then place that into a second ziploc.  You may also use a dry pill bottle or something similar. It is suggested that lids are taped closed for extra security. Keepsakes rarely require the full amount, with that said, every little bit of remains you send, will be returned to you whether it is included in a piece or not. We never keep or throw anything away. Please include a note inside of your package with your name and order number.

All other inclusions, please double bag and label items if necessary.
